Hi guys.....in next mounths I'll build a Shilka...exactly Zsu-23-4v1 Shilka,now I know that many countries used ,and use up to now, Shilkas and I need in particular photos about the Egyptian camouflage....I think it's an intersting camo...Can you help me to found info about the colours?!I know....a base of russian green.....light sand....and....Grey or Black....have you a photos?!Egyptian camo it's only an idea....maybe yours could be better than mine....

IIRC, Egypt uses a overall sand color.
The only exceptions would be special forces and internal security units, and their camo is like this:
The Russians have a 3 tone camo on their vehicles that is a gray/sand, dark green and black:
That scheme is the "official" one approved by the army, but you can find different variations from unit to unit, region to region.
This BTR-80A has a more yellow/sand, olive green and black variation:
