Does anyone produce any aftermarket fuel truck HEMMT decals/dry transfers? I am looking for a complete set (bumper markings, registration numbers, warning placards, etc).

Not to my knowledge. You will have to cobble yours together as I have on mine. I relied on dry transfers for a lot. Echelon for some, and only a few from the kit.
