I believe that there was a resin (1/35th) kit of the EE-11 Urutu produced in Brazil, but I haven't seen any mention of it in some time. The attached scan is of the up-graded EE-11 (Mk II) being used in Haiti by Brazilian forces with the UN peace-keeping detachment as of early 2006.
You'll probably end up scratch building the EE-11...
