Trying to get some info together on the M-10's service in the Pacific.

I've seen a couple of photos which shows an M-10 at a distance but no details can be seen.

Anyone know of a site that covers this, or has any photos, or knows of a book under $50.00 that may supply some info?

Thanks for any help,
Bob

Hi Bob,

If you can, you might want to take a look the Squadron/Signal book "U.S. Tank Destroyers in Action". There are a few pictures on pages 46 and 47 that show M10s in the Pacific. It looks like just four to be exact. One of them is interesting as it shows one fitted with a deep wading trunk.

I really like the "In Action" series of books as they usually have some good photographs in them. Anyway maybe that will help you out some. If you want to check them out please see the link below. They still have the book in stock with a price of $10.46.

Gidday Bob,
Osprey publishing have a book dedicated to the M10 and M36;

The New Vanguard series are generally good value for money, as are the Squadron Signal 'In Action' series.
