There are a few sets available. Here is a comparison review of them by Vodnik.
Also, once the "Bigfoot" tires are added, it becomes an M932 truck. M925 is the designation with the 10 smaller wheels.

Hi Martin, best of CAM, but I'm afraid this is sold out. Hobby Fan is small, CMK is small good is Tank Workshop, MR , Real Model. I recommended CAM, this is very good.

Martin,
Try John's Models in Cantonment, FLA. He has p/t hours. He carries the Cam line and should be able to get them for you.

I am in no way connected with him....
Great models also carries the line, but I haven't had much luck getting CAM products from them on special order.

Hi Martin;
The MR Modellbau set is a good way to go if you can't find the CAM set ( I couldn't). I purchased the MR Modellbau set from Accurate Armour in Scotland. The catalogue number is MRA 3590 and they are the right size to make a M923 'Bigfoot' truck. They are really nice resin castings of 7 tires/wheels (including the spare) and include brake drums as well. Very nice and I recommend them. Stay away from the Tank Workshop set. I ordered them before other folks here on Armorama warned me about them and they are WAY too small. It's too bad as they are nicely detailed, but they're actually slightly smaller than the kit wheels.....sad.
Here's a link to another Armourama thread about the Italeri M923A1 Bigfoot and replacement wheels:

cheers;
