For the project I mentioned earlier, I will need doors and windows. Are there good prerolled ones, or is it practical to make them? I need intact ones. Thank you.

there are a couple of choices
build them yourself using balsa wood and clear plastic card, resonably cheap and a little time consuming but they will be unique to you.
or you can buy them, i believe VLS do a couple of sets of resin doors and windows plus some plaster door and window surrounds in there construction series.
also look for Hansa items they do quite a few items different versions are resonably cheap, take a look in the features section and you will find some work by keith magee in which he has used the hansa range.

VLS at www.modelmecca.com has a number of sets that you can buy off the shelf.
As mentioned you can easily build your own with matches or small scale wooden stock and clear styrene.

MiniArt have a standard set of windows and doors, that are included in all their kits. This is also available seperately. You also get items like street lamps, hanging lanterns and balcony fences. Fairly nicely priced and should be easy to get.

Tom, no need to search far, you need sometimes to look under Features here on Armorama, there are plenty of tips and Tricks
For Basic window construction, use this one,
https://armorama.kitmaker.net//features/439
I base my own constructions on this feature, so thank you Jay :-)
Cheers

Thanks everyone.
Custom Diroamics doesn't have such components, so I went the MiniArt route.

Tom,
I may be too late but Grandt Line also makes doors and windows. They don't make them in 1/35 but they have a line of 1/4" scale stuff which I think is 1/48 and they work fine for 1/35. I've used them a number of times.
