Mark,
I take it that is the CMK engine? Is that Verlindens battery box you have next to it. If so, was there any trouble fitting it in the hull?

Yes, that is CMK's engine and the battery compartment is from Verlinden with some of the cast on accessories removed from the side.

What are you going to do about the radiator hatch and the hatch where the "B#$%" plate is under?

I don't know what you mean by "radiator hatch",( are you refering to the pre-cleaner next to the sponson intake ?), and as far as where the "b#$%" plate goes the turret overhang will take care of some of the space and I will add some more details. I am still working it out.

Hey Pete, on the pre-cleaner area, I plan on scratching that part and adding the conduit for the Fire suppression pull handle. The doors that cover the pre-cleaner will be open.I will post more pics when I get more work done. Have you posted any pics of yours ?

Mark,
Yup, I have a couple of shots of it when I first started it when I got it. I actually got mine dorectly from Dragon before it got released. I kind of helped out on the R&D. We have an Abrams out back that we use for pareades and change of commands and I took measurements for Pawel.
Anyways, it has been slow here at work and the boss has been gone so I've been bringing the kit wiht me. Right now I am working on the mine plow. I am using the plow from the trumpeter kit and the TM for the plow. Adding all the missing details. The track is pretty much done and waiting for paint. I will try and get some updated pictures this weekend, especially of the plow.
I added a little bit of extra stuff from the Voyeger photo etch set to mine and scratched built the 120mm Mortar ammo boxes that where attached to the water racks on A Co tracks. I also built another water rack.
If you can't find the threads that I showed it off, here is my Photo Bucket album where I keep most of my pictures.

Hey Pete,
I checked out your photos, coming along nicely ! How is that Voyager photo-etch ? Worth getting ? I hate those molded on sponson box handles.

That is what I exactly used it for, the handles!!!!!! I like the handles from the Voyager set rather than any of the Eduard sets. I also used the chain and pin that locks the last side skirt to the rear. Oh, I also used the strap that holds the ammo can near the smoke poppers. I think that was it. There isn't much you need to add to the Dragon kit. Oh, yea, I had two extra locks from the Dargon Tiger I kit and used those too.

Mark,
Here is a review on PMMS. It shows the frets and the instruction sheet so you can take a look for your self to see what you can use if you want it.

Mark, Tiger Model Designs makes a set of resin sponson box handles that look great. Just $5.00 for a set with 54 handles, more than enough for several tanks, check 'em out:
