Is it ok to use this colour for all the "green" vehicles of the U.S. Army (MLRS for exemple)???

Medium Green will work for all CARC painted vehicles.

Yeah, unless you are doing one of the XM270 trials vehicles, which were more olive green than medium green with big white stars on them:




Outside of those trials vehicles, U.S MLRS systems were always camo'd in either MERDC:


NATO:


Or Sand:
