does anyone know of any civilian figures in 1/35 scale that would match the following the closest?
Male adult, preferably modern era, with jeans and jacket, maybe with a camera.
I'm not good at modifying figures so anything close to this would be good.

Military figures of all shapes and sizes.

MIG's Russian Hooligan might do though he has his hands in his pockets. You'd need to hang a camera around his neck. He is definitely male, modern and wearing jeans and a jacket.
