I have never used the HP-C. I use the Revolution. If the HP-C is anything like it i could not recommend it more. I am not sure what the differences are though.

I use the HP-C. The plus comes with a preset handle that the HP-C dosen't . It is a great air brush. It has a single taper needle with a .30 nozzle opening. Laquer, enamels and acrylics can be used. It can do pencil line width for fine line work. It is a great airbrush for medium to fine line work. In propper working order it has little overspray. It is a very reliable and consistant airbrush. It is a good airbrush for weathering and camo patterns. I would not recommend it for painting large areas. If you only want to paint base coats there are cheaper airbrushes that will do fine for that. Greg

I've had my HP-CP for about 6 months and love it.
Pros:
Large enough paint cup to do base coats
Feels great in you hand - nice weight
When paint thinned properly, no overspray
Ridiculously easy to clean
Fine, fine lines up to base coats no problems
Preset in the handle makes using really thin paints for weathering easy
I could go on....
Cons:
Umm.... haven't found any yet, other thasn to say it could be on the expensive end.
I would highly recommend.
