Hi guys,
Does anyone have a clue where I might find a 1/35th scale M2 .50cal. machine-gun with the perforated "AIR-COOLED" barrel? I've recently picked up the Panda UH-1D/H and I'll probably do one of the "night-fighters"(1 fifty, 1 mini-gun,2 searchlights) from the Vietnam war. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Chuck

Hmmm... Either check out VLS, DML, or Tamiya for 1/35 US accessories... Other than that, you may have to modify whatever you can get your meathooks on...

If you can scoff up Monogram's "Phantom Mustang", the .50's in there have the full air cooled barrels. You could just pull one of the guns out, cut off the barrel and mate it to your M2.

Funny you should ask. I just finnished surfing for just this product for my IDF shermans and here is what I found. calll the barrel store and get the collectors Brass CB-16 .50 air cooled MG. also availabe are 2 spare barrels in abag and different mounts. CB-16 is just the weapon itself,no ammo canor cradle.I received mine just days after ordering and plan to order more. Great service all the way around.
