Hi there
Something struck me before... If I was to model a brewed-up M4 (totally) Is there any manufacturer of burnt tracklinks? What I mean is tracklinks that have had the rubber pad burnt/melted off completely, leaving the 'skeletal' metal pins...
Cheers for any help, although I'm sure I alrerady know the answer...
Cheers
Brad

That's a genuinely brilliantly useful idea for any of the AM people who happen to be reading this....Jim

Thanks Jim would have tried to make them myself, but I'm pretty sure my scratching skills don't reach this far Come to think of it, any M4 modelled completely burnt out would look a bit weird having its normal rubber pads in place, (unless it was shown missing tracks entirely)

Bradley,
Cromwell models makes a set of these. Its for one side and they look pretty convincing - its just the connecting bars and ends.

Bradley: If I'm not mistaken, I think the Cromwell resin burnt out M4 link set includes a set of six or twelve burnt out spoked roadwheels. I'll confirm with you as I have this on order...

Another option is the original Fruil Sherman tracks. They had the pins on the end connectors and you "Crimped" the pad too these. Not my favourite Sherman tracks and very hard to get the sag out of but good for broken or burnt out.
