Has anyone here seen the newest (at least for me) issue of Military Modelling? Vol.32 No.2 On page 4 next to the subscription form is a photo of what appears to be M3's. The crew seems to be black. What's throwing me off is the marking on the turret of the tank in the foreground.
It's a shadowed gold star on a white circle with a white and then a black "bullseye" in the center of the star. Also a thin white band encompasses the turret.
Any ideas who or what this is?

its the same photo on the back of the new Steven Zaloga Book on US light Tanks from Concord. I believe they are Brazilian Tank crew or some other South American Country.
