I have onyl found vague information on the 1980's campaign by Vietnam to prop up its puppet regime in Cambodia by sending troops to fight against Khmer Rouge insurgents. The Vietnamese forces fought with a conventional army against guerillas, and I wanted more information. How were vehicles marked, what did the Vietnamese troops look like, what did the insurgents look like, what were the tactics and weapons the insurgents used, etc. It would make for a very ironic diorama.
