Howzit everyone,
I have just finished building the Italeri Crusader tank and am about to paint it (my airbrush arrived 3 days ago in the post! ) but im a bit confused about something. Did the british paint camo on their tanks in the north african campaign? if they did what patern and color? im guessing dark brown on a sand base..
any help much appreciated

Hi Matthew,
Check out the camo section in MAFVA:
http://www.afvnews.ca/camouflage.html
you should get the correct colours there.
Cheers
Al

Hello Matthew,
Try this site. It is the Imperial War Museum on-line collection.
http://www.iwmcollections.org.uk/qryPhotoImg.asp
Select WWII in "Peroid", NA in "Photogragh Number" and or "Crusader" in
"Subject".
That should turn up some good photos. Hope it helps.
Cheers
