Hi,
I would like to present my Sd.Kfz 251/9 "Stummel" to you.
Kit:
Dragon kit 6233 - Sd.Kfz. 251 Half track (3 in 1 kit) 1:35.
more information:here
This kit is really nice and you have the option to build 3 different Sd.Kfz. 251.
A great help for me was Robert Oehler`s book: Modelling the SdKfz 251 Half-Track (Osprey Modelling Manuals). The model is a vehicle of the 20. Panzerdivision in March of 1944 in Russia.
-Weathering: colored Tamiya putty and old brush hairs.
-Drybrushing: Tamiya XF-9 red hulll
-Washing: thinned oil-colors (blck and brown)
And here is the final product:
All in all it is a great kit and I really hope you like it !!!

WOW!!! That is stunning. When I first scrolled down, I thought it was one of those color profile paintings. It's a work of art.

Awesome! I'm very impressed Martin, this is one of the best 251's I've seen since Vinnies!! Really like the camo.

Yes, very well done Martin, looks like it has just returned from a serious recce mission and the crew is going to get the order to spruce her up a bit before the C.O. does the company inspection!

Martinb, always nice to see a well-finished 251! The weathering is extremely well done, although the armoured shield for the gun is a bit crooked? Good luck in the contest!
