What set of figures would be most useful to convert to modern Canadian infantry? Is it even possible? If not possible, what would be close and what sort of fixes would you need to make?

On another site, the name of whic I can't remember, I saw some modern Canadian figures painted in CADPAT. My best guess is for you to use the Tamiya US Modern Infantry (35133) or the US Desert Soldier (35153), or the Trumpeter USMC Figures Iraq 2003 (00407) or US 101st Airborne Crew (00410). I think that each of these sets could be made to look Canadian with just a little sculpting and kit modification.
