hey guys, just got through with this one, for a straight forward quicky its a nice kit with just a bit of trouble with the lower hull but nothing too bad, i went for a plain green muddied finish (probably went too far but what the hey it was fun) thanks for looking and all comments are welcome.

Yep, I gotta say I really like the finish on this one. The muck looks dead on and the small gleam of burnished metal from the tracks under the mud looks just right.
I also like how the bearing surface of the tires is almost bare of mud as it should be.
Well done.

Super job Ron, the work that you have lavished on the kit shows. I really like the look if these Russian small tanks, each time I see one completed on the site. Guess that means I must look into buying one.

Hi Ron,
You've done a really grand job on this one, looks the part to me. Excellent overall finish.
Who makes the kit and what size is it?
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers

thanks guys,
Alan this is the eastern express BT-7 kit 1/35 they are not the easiest kits around but they are very buildable, i liked this particulat tank because of the front fenders they just looked cool so i had to build one.
hi Jerry, the green began as mm acrylic "dark green" but its changed quite a bit since the weathering i.e. a couple of filters and lots of different washes.
