Hello! Here is my Italeriīs Big Foot in progress.

Itīs the standard NATO camo in use in Iraq. The cargo bay is washed with sand acrilics. I know the cargo bay floor in this kit is not acurate, but I donīt mind.

Bye,

Marcelo

Nice work

I see i'm not the only one not too concerned about a 100% accurate model!

Its looking good so far. Just remember to appease the carpet monster when its finished to prevent mishaps.

Also the only person you have to satisfy is your self in regards to accuracy.

A truck! Good work. Tom is right, build for yourself.
The camo looks good, the build looks clean. Post some pics when you're finished Marcelo.

Hello, Marcelo
The 5 tonner looks good, you did a great job with the camo. What else is planned with it...gear, figures or maybe a small base.

Hello folks!

Thanks a lot for the kind comments! I realy didnīt expected them. The model is simple and just for fun.

Yes, the model will be set over a base, I donīt know yet exactly what will compose the base ground, but some soldiers will be there, sure. I already have a Dragon Modern US Marines set waiting to be drafted

Iīm also thinking to use some WWII figures legs and arms to compose some of the soldiers over the M925. Do you know the Tamiya M3 Half Track figures? There are a guy standing in the .50 pole and a lot of others in interesting positions.

Iīm wondering to cast some torsos in resin, correct the WWII boot to the nowadays tipes and make them modern guys. These are my plans.

For the cargo Iīll add some water boxes, some fuel drums and some tarps. Any suggestions? I was also wondering to use the cargo bay to add some wood palets fullfiled with whater or MRE boxes but I donīt know yet.

Hello Charles!

Tha camo was made using Tamiya NATO green, black and NATO Brown with aribrush in free hand. After that I washed the paint with sand paint and after the wash was dry, I apllied the dry brush with Tamiya Buff. Iīll add some sabd stains (is this correct?) using sand pastel chalk applied with a wet cotton swab. After that Iīll brush the excess. Letīs see the results!!

Iīll share later!

Bye and thanks again!

Marcelo
