Hi Paul,I use the badger 200 its a medium tip and I find it hard to get fine lines, you really have to mix your paint right and get your air pressure correct,I painted a spitfire with it and was reasonably happy with the cammo but I had to keep the air pressure very low.As far I can tell you cannot get a fine tip for the 200 I believe the 150 comes with three tips fine medium and wide, Ive been looking at getting one.

The biggest difference is the Badger 150 is a double action airbrush. This means you can vary the paint volume while you spray, rather than having to pre-set it via the needle ajustment screw on the 200. The use of the fine needle, combined with the right air pressure setting and paint mix, will make a big difference to how fine a line you can spray.

That may be true for the NH syphon feed 200's, but I'm not sure if it applies to all the gravity feed models. I still have the older version, which has heads that are interchangable with my 150 and 100 models.

Paul the Badger 150 series is dual action, IIRC the entire 100 series (100, 150, 155, 175 etc.) are all dual/double action airbrushes. I believe you are referring to the 350 series?
I have a Badger 200-20 (detail) and it has got a fine tip. The tips on my 200 were interchangeable with my old 150.
My parts list also uses the same numbers for the tips on both the 100/150 and 200 series. Not sure about the 200NH as it uses the 155 anthem tips.
The 200 series is basically the single action variant of the 100 series dual action airbrushes.

According to Dixieart's website(which has just about everything you can think of). The 200 G/SG have fine tips available, the NH looks to be medium only.
If you want to move up you can go with a badger 150 dual action(they have sets with all three tips) for under $100, or a 155 anthem(only one size needle) or you can go with an Iwata Revolution CR(one size needle) for under $100. Or you can spend a little more and get an HP-C and never need another airbrush
