Curious as to wether we used the LVT in Holland. I'm aware that the Brits used them but did the Canadians have any?

No, the Canadians used Brit crewed 79 Armd ones. 79 Armd were the only Operators in NWE. I'm not sure who operated the ones in Nth italy for the C'wealth formations though. AFAIK only Australia, US and UK used them WW2.
