Used MCD US army or only USMC

Not sure what you mean by four color - sand. The tank you have pictured is in standard NATO 3-color camo with dust on it. The dust tends to build up where there is a ridge between the colors.
MCDs are only used by the USMC, they are not US Army items.

Thats an interesting picture there. I never realized that dust would build up like that between the colours.
