Since when did Tamiya make an M18 Hellcat?

Academy and AFV Club are the only kits I know.

If you mean what is the best Tamiya color for an M18 Hellcat, it's Tamiya Olive Drab. You can cut it a bit with German Armor Sand for scale effect, if you like.
