I am wanting to do a couple Blackhawk Down dioramas and I was wondering what kits most closely resemble the Rangers who were there. I found a Delta Force kit specific for the conflict, but no Rangers.

The best set of figures to use for a Black Hawk down diorama are the Delta Force set from Dragon, Kit # 3022. The Delta Force set has older Ranger Body Armor. What you’ll need to do is change out the helmets and replace with Kevlar helmets, then they’ll look like Rangers. You can also change up the arms to make different positions. They also can be used as the Delta Force team in Somalia.

I'm sure someone else can add some more to this...

Airborne Miniatures used to make 1/35 Ranger Body Armor, but those figures are long OOP and the owner/creator is away serving his country.

The only idea I can think of now outside of the are these:

This one has no armor.

You're going to have to ask BLAST MODELS if this one has a Ranger Body Armor torso because it's hard to see from this angle.
