As the title suggests. If not, what modifications are needed for a MOPP suit to look like a Gore-Tex jacket or snow overwhites?

Also, if it does work, do GIs normally wear IBA over Gore-Tex or overwhites?

As far as the IBA over over Gore-Tex I would think so for access to ammo and water (not sure about the overwhites, but I am going to say no as I think that kind of defeats the purpose). I know I wear my LBE over my field coat (I'm not good enough for Gore-Tex yet) or rain gear.

I'm not sure about the MOPP to Gore-Tex, but in 1/35 I don't think it would look any different, except for the things that go over the boots in MOPP IV. The MOPP bottoms in 1/35 would look good as wet weather bottoms though.

I know some 1/16 and 1/35 figures really look like the MOPP could be Gore-Tex. I'm hoping to open new avenues of use with some MOPP figures I have.

Well, you can still mimick MOPP settings in the cold and in the rain
