Im surprised no one has replied to this thread yet. Had a read through the review and have to say this book although not comprehensive certainly sounds like a good starting manual for early to somewhat season modellers.
Having it fully coloured certainly helps you see the effects better too.
Im always on a look out for manuals that will provide me with more tips on how i can improve. Am definitely going all out to get this one.
Thanks for the review Vinnie!

Looks ok, nothing fantastic that we havent seen before. Also were people really that dissapointed with MIG's FAQ book? I certainly wasnt and thought it was one of the model useful and inspiring books in a long time, ok it costs a fortune but compared to how much we waste on PE and resin upgrades etc its not really that much.

Rob, no people weren't that disappointed with MiG's book. It was an outstanding book. I have it myself. This is about the Osprey book, not MiG's book. I merely mentioned in the introduction that there was some dissatisfaction with it., and if you are wasting money on PE and resin.............why?
