They do and the engine can be found on some late model Halftracks as well.

I didn't think the M113A3 used the same engine as the M113A2. I could be wrong though.

Thanks for the replies guys! By looking at the kit engine I hazard a guess that the Zelda is an A1 that uses a GM liquid-cooled diesel coupled to an Allison tranny.



The drawing looks a bit different when compared to the kit's engine but it's the closest approximation to it.

Nope the A3 Engine is the same, but its has a turbocharger on the engine and a new crossdrive transmission
