Hi !
I´m working on a small dio for Tamiya´s 1:48 V1 bomb. I need to know the size (or sizes) of the tarmac used by the germans during WWII. Can you please help?
Regards
Lasse

The V-1s were launched from ramps hidden in tree groves, so a tarmac might not be the best thing. Unless of course you are doing an airfield scene with the bomb being loaded onto a bomber.
Most of the aerial photos I've seen of the ramp sites didnt' even really have roads into them, in order to keep the site hidden. Perhaps a large wheeled trailer in between a couple of rows of trees on a lightly trampled grassy area?
Sabre.
