Gday all
Have tried my hand at some sculpting lately, and have to say that from quite uninspiring beginnings, I seem to be learning more and more from each attempt...

This bloke is for my Purple hearts campaign, and will have a helmet in his right mitt later... He is gazing at the damaged bogey assembly on my Sherman, asessing the extent of the damage... As you can see this is just prgress, and he needs some refinement...

All feedback welcome!
Cheers
Bradley

Well, he looks "un-armed" :-) :-) Great looking body sculpt you got there. What material had you been using?

Thanks Ralph
(Not for the corny joke either;)
The material is superfine white milliput , but want some of that Magic sculpt that is all the rage as there is some verrry nice stuff made with it on HF...

Does that milliput need no baking? I too am looking for a easy to use sculpting material that needs no baking. Sculpey is good, but I can't bake it when I already attached it with a plastic part :-)

I'd recommend Magicsculpt or similar if you can obtain it Ralph... Although the milliput works good for me as a filler etc. it does get a little sticky during the shaping process... But yes, it dries in a couple of hours and cures overnight
