Hi Everyone
I have a 1/16 Tamiya Leopard 1a4, which is in need of some plastic repair, the rear of the turret has broken off the front, basically from the rear corners, now the rest of the tank is in quite good conditions, so was wondering what is the best way to repair plastic on a model, so it isn't immediately obvious that the item has been fixed.
Is there some kind of putty to use etc? seal up the cracks and sand the join flat?
thanks for any help
chris

Chris, not being able to see the break nor where it actually broke, I could guess that you could cut some styrene tabs to add strength and glue to for the rear section of the turret. As for putty, the squadron green or white works fine...if the models was already painted prior to the break, you'll need to repaint of course..hope this helps.
