MARPAT is an interesting camo to paint. If you look at pictures, it looks very differant in differant lighting conditions. At times it appears as an overall sandy tan color. Other times, it appears a very light almost white colored sand. So, what colors you use depends on what your trying to depict. Its also difficult to paint in 1/35 because of the amount of digital "blocks" you have to try to reproduce. I did some experimenting with it, and generally used a series of 4 differant colors. I was trying to depict the uniforms in bright sunlight, so I made them fairly light.
For a first base color, I used a mixture of model master sand lightened up a bit with white.
Next, I used model master armor sand for the first "block" pattern
These two first colors are your base colors.
Third, I used a mixture of tans to get the correct tan color for the blocks. I couldnt tell you the mixture, I just experimented until I was happy with the results.
the fourth block pattern was a mixture of military brown and rubber for those dark block patches. The results were fairly believable. I wouldnt say they were perfect, but I dont think I could depict this camo much better.
