Hello,
Although I have already posted this in the Figures section, I have noticed there are frequent discussions here on German army topics, so I feel it would be appropriate to post it here too (if our host does not object...) because this message's subject has a strong WW2 German flavour!
Jaume Ortiz and myself have added a new article in Lo Somatent webpage, here:
http://www.losomatent.org/fieldgrey/english/
It is the first in what we hope to be a expanding series on different aspects of German WW2 uniforms. We thought a worthy start would be this work on that widely known (and widely asked about, too ) colour, Field Grey.
The article consists of a theoretical section, including photos of real German uniforms, and
a practical section, with several figure studies. Arturo Flores and José Manuel Flores contributed to this section. Also, we can not leave out our computer-wise guru, Ori Quin, who designed the page!
Any insights, comments, criticisms, opinions, would be most welcome; as are any questions. We do not have a forum in our page, we would prefer you to post such messages here.
Also, contributions are strongly encouraged! If you believe you have something to offer, and would make an article of it, please let us know!
Maybe you can take a look...
