Yes, M1 Panther IIs do have the non-slip coating applied to the hull.

Thanks Gino,
this does that at models is error, hull is from old M1 or M1 IP.

Not really sure what you're saying, but I served on M1IP's and they had non-slip on them.

Is it possible, I have more pics without non-slip. I question in order to, so as to I know if Panther II have non slip.

?? You just had two guys tell you yes, it has the non-slip. Your link shows non-slip (it's very fine, but it' there). I checked my Concord Journal of Armoured Assault Vol.8 feature article, it's there too. Just that it's a very fine grit, hard to see sometimes. Even if they were older M1/M1IP hulls, non-slip would have been added with the conversion I would guess.

I just looked at my pics of B68 & B69 and there is indeed anti-slip texturing on the M1IP hull per the TM diagram that Sabot posts here occasionally. There is no anti-slip on the structure that replaces the turret. Additionally, the vision blocks in the TC's hatch (the same one that is on a M113 FOV TC hatch BTW) do not have the same laser resistant coating that the driver's vison blocks has on them.

Jungle Jim,
Send me your snail mail addy so I can get that package off to you...
