I just saw this over at PMMS in the NEw Kit news...... They have it listed as a 07 release (obviously). Now if they can just keep those Allied AFVs (and softskins!) coming out.

I've been holding out forever for Italeri to re-release theirs, since the Priest is a great diorama subject. Now I guess I need not bother.

Academy's track record is unfortunately not very good (Sheridan and Lee). It's a real pity that Trumpeter or AFV Club hadn't announced it.. That said, at least SOMEONE is doing it...Jim

Sweet! Even if it falls out on the average quality, still, it'll be the only game in town (aside from the aging Italeri kit).

They did fix the rear plate angle on the M4A2 between the 76 version and the Marines 75mm version (or should that be Mariens? :-) ) so lets wait and see.

Graeme, I just finished telling my 7& 9 yr old they can't have everything they want for Christmas. Considering the holes that have been made in the outstanding unkitted Allied AFV ranks this year it would be too much to hope for. I'd love one from either DML or Academy. For the present in the interests of marital bliss and financial responsibility I'll be happy with a 2007 M7 - even it is is from Academy. I'd reckon that unless DML go down the Early Sherman rd and offer M3 bogies we won't see either a Sexton or Priest from them in the near future. Stranger things have happened and boy would I love to eat these words if a Sexton was the outcome!
Cheers

Greetings all,

Some more good news to look forward to next year??? I hope they do the early version.

Would agree with those who said they would like a Sexton too :-) :-)

Cheers

Al
