does anyone have any pics of what a relatively modern Swedish tank crewman, in particular for a strv 103c. I know the strv 103c has been retired and want to make sure the crewman would be appropriate for that. I have only been able to find one picture and that was on the Swedish army website. From what I could tell he was wearing what looks similar to an american or british tanker helmet and had a splinter camouflage uniform on.
any help is appreciated,
thanks,
Sean

Hey Sean.
All these images are copyright of the swedish Armour Historical Society. The first 2 are from a book they released "Strv 103 photo guide to the stridsvagen 103 ´S-tank´ ". Really excellent book with a full history from development, protypes and trials to images of them being cut up when taken out of action (not that they saw much).
First up is uniform 69P with the mk1 helmet
Next is uniform 90P with mk11 helmet
Next up id from their hompage .. current uniform m/90P with tele-helmet 9.
See their homepage HERE
Click on "försäljning" on the lefthand-side navigator-bar and then on "Book the S-tank"

If your modeling in 1/72 scale, either Preiser's US tank crew or Goffy Models US tank crew will work. The helmet is extremly close to the US CVC helmet
