Hi,

I am trying to change a few of my account's settings but I keep getting this warning

! IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
You have not yet fully activated your account by confirming your email address. If you did not get the confirmation email we sent you you can request it be sent again. You can also update your email to a new address in case the existing email is not working.


I have clicked on the send request button so as to get an email allowing me to confirm but I never get the email. Now, I know for a fact that my e-mail is working perectly so I don't know what the problem is. Just for the sake of trying, I also tried changing to another e-mail but then I get another error.

Any help with this will be appreciated,

The conformation e-mails seem to be routed to spam folders a lot. Have you checked your hot-mail spam folder?

Hi Henk,

Yes I have. As mentioned, my accout works perfectly. I even tried to change to a different email account but I got an error saying that the account already existed, when in fact it doens't.

Any help?
