I believe copyright infringement only comes into play if you are selling the information or claiming it to be yours.

Actually if you flip open the cover it says and I quote:

Well I'm not trying to be a pr*ck about it.
I just happen to work in a related industry where we are going through a lot of copyright issues right now.
I think putting yourself in the shoes of the creator/author is the best way to look at it.
If you knew someone was taking a potential sale from you, wouldn't you be upset?
Besides, it is best to support these companies so they can conitnue to publish stuff we want.
