Dragon makes several sets that can be modified. Blast Models makes several figures as well.

Blast, Warriors, Verlinden, Think 180 Studios, and a few others have SpecOps figures in resin. As mentioned above, Dragon has a few of their sets that could be easily modified into current SpecOps guys.
