Hi fellas here's what I think is a Hemtt type truck. can someone please Identify it. It looks like a standard front part of the hemtt but the rear looks like a towed trailer.

here's the URL = http://community.webshots.com/photo/64061843/64061876HStpTx

sorry couldn't get the Image coding to work.

I looked around and from what I saw it is the "Truck, 10 ton, 8 wheel M1102 LHS" (load handling system) variant... The photo I looked at showed it with a military CONEX on the back. Here's the link to the photo I found:

I am unfamiliar with the variant. My PLS has 10 wheels. I do recall seeing a USMC HEMTT variant that was a tractor. The cab and front 4 wheel base disconnected from the trailer. I do not know if this is the same or similar variant, I am just guessing. It was an interesting variant, looked like someone chopped a regular HEMTT in half.

Thanks for the input everyone. after spending some time using your input I believe it's the LHS. The front section is standard including the muffler bing acrross the wngine and not on the side like the MK14. also standard engine housing unlike the MK14 which has that angled cooling grill. Last was that upright at the front of the trailerand the two boxes . BTW just a note I was recently informed the IDF are using the Tanker as well of the Hemtt series.

This time its good.

Another thing, the 1074 truck has a crane, and the 1075 truck no crane.
