Hi folks,
a few weeks ago, somebody posted some photos of his JS II with damaged winter painting. On one photo there was a toothbrush to see. So,I like to know, which type of hardness the toothbrush better should have (soft, medium or hard) and is it better to use light or strong thinned white paint. Maybe,I need some more things together with the toothbrush for removing the white paint?
I appreciate it,when somebody can help me with this.
Thanks,Nils.

I think you could use whatever is available. You may simply adjust the pressure you apply to 'flick' the brush.
I would make the thinness based on the affect, thicker would show more like recent heavier application vs. thinner older washed out affect.

The toothbrush was not used to remove the paint (whitewash) itself but the maskol that was applied before he airburshed the whitewash.

I would say you would be best with a medium or hard toothbrush. The softer one would probably do nothing in that case.
