Tasca are tops!
I have just received an unasked for replacement C sprue for my Firefly -which I was sent because part C-11 "Might be damaged"
The part is actually fine but the spare parts will find a home somewhere.
The letter says "We would be grateful if you would kindly continue purchasing our products in spite of this"
Well if Tasca keep making Allied kits this good with this level of service I'll be a customer for life.

Yep I got notice yesterday there was a parcel from Japan for me at the post office so I am guessing they sent me one as well. I looked over my C sprue and it looks fine.

Very nice kit and fantastic customer support. Other companies should take note.

Ialso recieved areplacement sprue from Tasca & when I checked the original it was ok the cupola will come in handy for aTamiya kit .top rate service already looking forward to their 75 mm M4a4 cheers Pat

I have another on the way from Hobbylink Japan, I wonder will they send a spare sprue too?
