Just wondered if anyone was up for an Airborne ops campaign. 1939-1945. Paras, Fallschirmjager, US Airborne, SAS etc. The possibilities are well spread..Holland, Crete, Tunisia, D-Day, Market garden, Varsity etc. Looking at the end of Jan as a possible start date. I've not submitted it yet just thought I'd canvas opinion......

I guess this would be a diorama campaign. Or was the thought as a vehicle campaign? I think the diorama campaign would be best. Then you can include enemy vehicles as victims of the airborne troops. I am already thinking:
Dragons Red devils: Arnhem 1944 set behind a destroyed PzKpfw IV.
Or fallschirmsjager advancing with/behind a StuG III.
Alll in all a good idea
Count me in if it turns into a campaign

Karl
As you know, the answer is YES! I'm up for it, and although I've got together an extremely good selection of Market Garden books, I actually wouldn't mind doing something on the Bruneval Raid!
Decisions, decisions

Good idea Karl!
If my first dio attempt goes ok, I think you can count me in for a Market Garden diorama - but the spring is a little busly with GCSE coursework,
revision, mocks etc etc!
Should this go ahead, how long would it 'run' for?
Thanks,
Harry
