Very nice. That's what I like to see, German stuff as knocked out or captured.

Excellent dio. Does the jagdpanther have an interior? (Anytime I see open hatches, I want to look!) The figures very impressive also, could you provide a little information about their pedigree, as it were? I say again, excellent!

Eric
Lovely scene dude I like the figures and the paintjob of them.
The tank looks good too
any way good dio dude

Excellent job. The fresh fallen snow and accumualation on the Jagdpanther are great. I have only one thing to say and I could be way off here.....The grass looks like fresh growing spring grass. It seems too green. I would tan then down a little. Sorry if I'm wrong.....Since I got married I have found I'm "wrong" 95% of the time. still a great diorama and it certainly has that cold feeling to it.

The more I look at this the more I like it. Simple, effective, like I said very nice. I haven't gotten into painting figures yet but the kits that I've seen I've always wondered how to use them in a scene. You did a very good job with giving these guys the proper look of caution that fits in well with your title for the piece.
Regarding the one comment you got about the color you used for your grass. I don't know what weather conditions in Germany are but here in Colorado the only thing we know about the weather is if you don't like it stick around 15 minutes and it will change. Your scene could take place in early spring after the grass has grown and after a late snow.

Hi, nice model. The snow appears too "thick" what did you use for it?
Have you tried microballoons?????? Something to think about.
I too like the figures.

Great job, Eric!!
Good work on the figures, the tank looks "abandoned and captured", and the scene looks very cold!

To all who gave comment ,
The grass will be taken care of . It is indeed to green for the time of year . ( December )
And i will try to fix the the snow here and there .
Now for the figures : The figures are from Dragon ( One of the new series )
Tyey are very well sculped ( It that the right word ? ) and have a good fit . The only thing that gave some difficulties are the woolen coats . You have to use some putty here and there to fill the gaps .
It was very educational to read your comments and reply's.
Till we meet again.
Greetings
Eric

You must be a newlywed. Give it some time and you will see that your are wrong 100% of the time.

I know this is the armor talk forum, but what type and manufacturer of paint (enamel, acrylics, oils) did you use on the figures. What colors?
Thanks, GR8Voyager

The paint i used for the figures body's in Humbroll paint . and a final wash with burnt umber oils
The faces are painted with oils . ( using the Gino Poppe way ) ans the colors he described in hes article . ( you can find that on the missing links )
