mmmmm. bit difficult to see anything here mate. Have you got these on the msn site, why not provide a link direct to your album? Or try to enlarge the pics in a paint package first.

Very nice build. Don't know so I'll ask - are there just stars for markings?
Is the gun a dummy gun? In the second photo it looks like the end is plugged, could be the light?
Can't wait to see it weathered!

Much clearer now

Thanks Robert.
Looks very nice, love to see it dirty!!

How did you do the stowage cover on the back, and the netting (?) on the front? Can't wait to see it all assembled.
Well done mate.

Thank you all for the comments now for the questions:
Scott - I have very few reference photos of the T1E3 in the field...even less when attached to the M4A1...the only photo that I can clearly see any other markings on is the photo of Aunt Jamima 1 & 2 in the Hunnicut book so I decided to go with just the stars. The gun is not a dummy (just the light in the pic) one of the advantages of this mineroller was that it could still be used as a gun tank.
Robert - No dios for this kid.....I'm an apartment dweller with very limited space to display models as allocated by the executive chief (my dear wife).
Roger - The tarp on the back is kleenex (unused of course) covering a variety of bits and pieces from the parts box just to give it shape. The netting is cheese cloth that I sprayed khaki drab. Both were applied to the tank using a mix of white glue and water. They will of course be weathered along with the rest of the vehicle.

Hey Steve,
The only place they had better use this beast is on a good solid road surface. The only pic I have of it being off-road is not a pretty sight....I wonder if it's still stuck there? And yes I agree the crab flails are very interesting subjects. The only one that I know of on the market is from Resicast but I have heard mixed reviews on it. But I think I will probably get it anyway and then go on a hunt from an M4A4 to put it on. If you are interested in building a crab I have some good pics that I took at the Borden Museum about 2 years ago.
