Not too bad. Watch the mold seams on the parts though. They are really evident on the canteens and rifles. These should be scraped or sanded down so they are not visible.
The figures themselves are pretty bad though. They are old Tamiya and are anerexic. They are not modern anymore either. At best, they represent late '80s to early '90s figures. Their gear and weapons are wrong for the current 3-color DCU pattern that you have painted the uniforms in. 3-color DCUs were introduced in the mid-'90s, after ODS ('90-'91). The M16A1 rifles they carry were replaced with M16A2s in the early '90s as well. For good modern figures, get the Dragon Modern Marines. You can also take the torsos from the Modern Marines, wearing current IBA vests, and swap them out with the torsos from any of the older, ODS era, Dragon figures to get a bunch of different poses.

Just giving some helpful advice. Some of us do strive for accuracy and making them as true to life as possible.
That just makes me wonder if they even looked at them closely or just gave you the old, "Good job, they look great." I've worn IBA gear in Iraq and the prior ALICE and PASGT gear on the figures before too. They are pretty easy to tell the differance between the two.

A bit of friendly advice. If you post something to show, expect comments as to accuracy, build, suitability, etc. You have to be thick skinned enough to take the good with the bad. You will find that most posters will give good comments to help you improve your models. Also, most posters here are pretty serious about their models and are looking for accuracy, etc. Some of us have quite a bit of actual experience with the models we build as well. If you don't want any comments, why post the pics?

Nothing wrong on your end. I think sgtrock76 decided to delete his posts.
