I painted these a while ago, they are my fist ever 1:35 figures. I managed to break off some parts and lose them, so I've got to do a little DIY reapir!
Lighting is (again) rather poor. Please comment!

Looking good, I'd say, especially with that lights snowfall on the mackinaw...¨
Though, what is that white on the arms of the rifleman?

Hi Andy - do you mean the white band around the right wrist of the guy with the Garand? If so, it was because I cut off the hand with a knife, and re-glued it into a slightly different pose. It needed a little putty, and I tried to fashion it into a wrist-band type of thing.

Hi Harry,
Nice figures for a first try.
I've loved the bastogne set when I bought it. Unfortunately I transformed them to make prisoners. I must rebuy them to build them straight from the ox as they look so nice.
Nice work

Yes, that's the one... then I see.
Say, what happened with the fourth guy? Me, myself, I found him the "funniest" one to build...

Thanks, Julien! Yes, it is a really nice kit. Do you have any pics of them as POW's?
I am actually saving him for a Market Garden dio. These ones are to go in a Bastogne dio. How do you mean by "funniest"?!
Thanks,
Harry

Just that I found that he was the one I had most fun tinkering with (that, as well as thinking of adaptions for )

Harry,
I like the global impression of the face of your guys, eventhought they don't seem to be very detailled : but what do really care is global impression (this is progressively my conclusion in term of figures modelling !).
Here are the pics of the POWs with a first coat of paint, and also two Master box figures, fully painted.
Best,
Julien

OK - thought so! Now I can't wait to build and paint him, when the time comes! I think the ability to 'tinker' and customise is one of the best things about models!
Julien - I can only see that silly red cross - but often that is due to this school laptop - so I look foreward to checking them out later on my home PC.
