Can anyone help me weith information or links to a web site were i might be able to find out info on the IDF Monster as i am trying to build one from a old Sherman kit .

Hmmm...an interesting concept, a live fire hard target that is manned. I don't think I would be volunteering for that crew!

You could also buy the Verlinden book Warmachines Vol 4. on the Israeli Shermans, which has five useful photos of such a vehicle.
