I assume your looking for civilian cars. Don't think I have ever seen a 1/35 scale kit of a civilian WWII car. Plusmodels make a few kits, that come close, but they are still military models.

I can only encourage model manufactures to make 1/35 civilian cars, from all eras.

Apart from the manufacturers that have already been mentionned, DesKit has released some french civilian cars of the 30's/40's including
a Simca 5 :
