I need a crew for Bandai Sd.Kfz7 (8 ton half track) and I was thinking of geting a Flak 18 to go with it. The crew in the kit has regular uniforms and the figures are all the same.

There's not much available in 1/48 right now. You could try Miniaturas Alemany , they have a set of five DAK infantry made in white metal. I belive Gaso.line still do three two figure sets. One depicts a Kubelwagen crew, another has standing figures. The newest two figure group are prone figures, depicted cutting some barbed wire. Thats about the lot, to the best of my knowledge.
