Don't know if they make an SSY car now,but a company called Baluard made a variety of resin cars, engines, and rail related stuff in 1/35. Only place I've seen list them is Firestorm Models in OZ.

Just to throw this out there:
One of our LHS' has a set of Model Kasten Tiger transport tracks on sale for 50% off....$19.98 (instead of $39.99). I looked at the set today out of curiosity.....pretty darn nice. So, check your LHS....ours are marking down a lot of the AM stuff; yours may be too.

For Baluard stuff:
www.baluardmodels.com (Spain)
www.redlancers.com (US) check under 'miniatures'
www.missionmodels.com (US) carries a Hansa Systems rail road switch tower under 'diorama accessories'
I just finished building the Azimut/Ironside boxcar om breslau that Richard (DogEgg) was talking about. Vague instructions, nice detail. Comes out pretty nice with time and patience. Ended up puting a curved roof on mine without too much work. I recommend these if you can get your hands on one.
If you're looking to put a Tiger on a flatbed, as I understand it the heavier rail cars like the SSY were used.
